The Ultimate Triathlete
On 1st February 2014, James became the first and only person to have rowed across the Atlantic Ocean, successfully summited Mount Everest and cycled 18,000 miles around the world.
Seven years prior to this, he was recovering from a serious motorcycle accident that left him with broken legs as well as a severely broken and dislocated ankle. The prognosis was that he was likely to suffer a permanent walking impairment and would certainly not be able to continue the active physical lifestyle he had enjoyed up to that point.

James has continued pushing boundaries and in 2015 attempted to row 4,000 miles across the Indian Ocean with his Epileptic rowing partner. Their aim was to prove that despite having Epilepsy or a disability there is no barrier to pursuing ones goals. Two hundred and fifty miles offshore James’ rowing partner sustained a head injury resulting in a full-scale ocean rescue that was global news. James found himself clinging to a rope ladder on the side of a 100,000-ton crude oil tanker as he climbed to safety in storm force winds.
James has raised tens of thousands of pounds for his chosen charities as he has climbed, rowed, and cycled his way around the world!
James is also a keen supporter of Scouting and is a Scouting Ambassador

Born in Santander (Spain) in 1984, studied Telecommunication Engineering. I love sports, psychology, and anything related to human behavior. I joined Santander in 2012 in a customer facing role. My expertise is tied to digital transformation projects, as SME in Analytics, Digital Marketing and Social Media. I currently lead a team of specialists in Data Analysis and Conversion Rate Optimization.

Francisco has a background in both Business & Economics and Jazz studies, with a major in saxophone. Drawing insights from Jazz around extreme collaboration, improvisation, and semi-structured environments, Francisco has been bringing a flexible way of working for the fast-paced teams he is part of: after being part of the Online Media team at Microsoft, he helped Uniplaces growing from 30 to a 200 person team, and is now a Product Manager at the London-based fintech startup Monzo.

Mike Anderson founded Tealium in 2008 and has served as the chief architect behind the company’s market-leading tag management and unified marketing platforms. He previously worked at WebSideStory (Adobe Systems), where he served as a senior engineer on the core architecture team. As the builder and leader of the company’s professional services team, he oversaw analytics tag implementations for Disney, Best Buy, Target, Cisco, Citi, FedEx, and more. Mike studied electrical engineering at the University of California, San Diego, and computer science at California State University San Marcos.

With specialist insight into business development, Lindsay is now leading the charge at Tealium where he is responsible for driving steady growth across the EMEA region. Prior to Tealium, Lindsay’s roles included Director of Sales at Adobe Systems UK, and Managing Director at Neolane Software, a marketing automation vendor that was acquired by Adobe. He also held a leadership role at Oracle, running its fusion team.
Data is central to Lindsay’s role at Tealium, where he educates and inspires businesses across Europe to seamlessly integrate their data and applications to drive better and more profitable cross-channel customer interactions. Lindsay champions data transparency and encourages businesses to maintain openness with consumers about how their data is being used.
More recently, Lindsay’s mission has been to provide businesses with the necessary information to ensure their compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). He is keen to help businesses collect, store and process first-party data while adhering to regulations, and to join the dots in the customer journey by connecting previously disparate data silos.
Lindsay’s passion for the industry sees him wearing many hats – from sitting on judging panels to delivering keynote presentations, and hosting lively debates into the latest marketing trends and challenges.
